"From the northeast. From Pennsylvania."

"What's the weather like there?"

"Like here, only a little bit warmer."

"So, like Italy?"

"No, not like Italy."

"Like France, then."

"Yes, like France."

[pause] "Do you speak French?"

"Uh, no. Only German."
