They have a blinking bike at the cross walk? That's ingenious. Re: the extremely large, red buttons--Do Germans have obese hands?
I wish I could say that they do have obese hands. I mean, some of them do. But generally they are the types that accuse Americans of having obese hands. Those buttons are for Homer Simpson, you see. (The Simpsons are big here.)
This is an intersection heavily under construction, so those big red buttons are just temporary, or as we say in German, ersatz. Also RIDICULOUS.
